Coach Rese is a life long athlete who is the owner and founder of Yolo Fitted LLC, and Yolo Fit Kids Inc. 501 (c)(3) pending. Terese attended Suncoast High School, in Riviera Beach, Florida, where she excelled as a student athlete, playing on the Varsity softball, basketball, and track & field teams. Although she was clearly athletic, heavily recruited in Track & Field, and had a 3.8 grade point average, Terese accepted an academic scholarship to the University of Florida after graduating high school in 2003.

While studying in Gainesville, Florida, Terese met her husband and gave birth to her son Bakari. It was at the University of Florida that Terese developed her writing, leadership, and organizational skills to a professional level. With these skills, Terese knew she could enter the workforce and be successful. In 2011, Terese graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English and started a career in Education.

While teaching Middle School English and pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education in 2012, Terese started “Yolo Fitness”, a fitness program for children. The aim was to expand upon Michelle Obama’s “Let's Move!” public health campaign, reduce childhood obesity in Palm Beach County, Florida and encourage a healthy lifestyle in middle school children. The students, faculty, parents, and administration at Terese’s middle school immediately showed interest in everything Yolo Fitness had to offer. The City of Riviera also profoundly supported Yolo Fitness which led to several newspaper articles about Yolo Fitness being printed in the local newspaper, The Palm Beach Post. Terese knew she was on to something great and began to think of ways to expand the Yolo Fitness brand.

In 2015, Terese and Yolo Fitness moved to New Orleans, Louisiana to accept an offer to teach and coach 6th graders attending KIPP Academy New Orleans. While teaching at KIPP, Terese also coached several sports teams within the community, including the girls track team and boys basketball team. Due to her teams winning multiple championships, Terese gained a following of supporters including student athletes, teachers, administrators, and parents throughout the New Orleans community. It was in New Orleans that Terese realized the popularity and power of Yolo Fitness in youth sports. The athletes, parents, administrators, and schools of Louisiana enthusiastically supported every product that was marketed or used by Terese’s Yolo Fitness Program. Therefore, Terese intuitively began wearing Yolo Fitness apparel and equipment at every sporting event she participated in. Terese also created the Yolo Fitted and Yolo Fit kids brands to raise money to better support her student athletes and their equipment needs. By 2017, Yolo Fitness was a well-known brand in Louisiana, Florida, and most recently various Georgia communities. By 2018, Terese was selling Yolo Fitness products at such a swift rate that she knew she was going to have to expand.

In 2018, Terese made a shift, and joined the team of the most renown Airlines and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. After suffering a debilitating on the job injury in 2020, Terese found herself at home with a great deal of time on her hands. During this time, Terese began researching ways to expand the Yolo Fitness brand not only in Palm Beach, New Orleans, and Atlanta--- but around the world. Terese began to create programs, new products, new equipment, and design new apparel for Yolo Fitness while still funneling proceeds to student athletes in need everywhere. Terese consulted factory owners in China, clothes manufactures in Pakistan, and other business owners in Europe, seeking ways to create new “Yolo Fitted” products that could be marketed and sold online.
